In our Care and Wellness Center, our nursing facility, we strive to maintain the highest quality care for our residents. Our direct care staffing ratio is 3.1 nursing hours per resident per day. This number includes the registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants administering hands on care. It does not include supervisory nursing staff.

The minimum ratio required by the State of North Carolina is 2.1 nursing hours per resident per day.
